1. Identify the main character of the story and describe each.
  -Amanda main character, wife of Julian and mother of 5 sons.
  -Julain husband of Amanda and father of her 5 sons.
  -Jules eldest son of Amanda and Julian, had a normal upbringing.
  -Isagani the second son grew up to became a sailor and became the family's cream of the crop.
  -Emmanuel the third son.
  -Jason was Julia's favorite among his children.
  -Benjamin the youngest son.
2.Identify the different conflict that can be seen in the story and identify that conflict.
  -Man vs. Society like the people that against to the government because of the declaration of martial law.

3.Among the character who can you relate?
 -For me i relate to the character of Jules because of his bravery to fight for the freedom of our country. He did not give up his mission for the freedom of the filipino from the martial law even if he was tortured.

4.What is the lesson of the story?
  -the lesson that i got from the movie of Dekada 70, don't give up until you feet is in the ground no matter what happen no one can pull you down.
